Rob Huthnance, president of PLR Development, is responsible for leading the company's overall business development as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of all PLR's development initiatives nationally.

Prior to PLR, Mr. Huthnance served as partner at the Avera Companies, a private development company, where he developed 2 million square feet of bulk distribution warehouse space in Dallas and Houston.

From 1996 to 2010, Mr. Huthnance served as a senior officer at Prologis where he had overall market and capital deployment responsibilities throughout the state of Texas and border markets in Mexico. Mr. Huthnance was instrumental in the development of Prologis Park 20/35, a South Dallas master plan logistics park.

Mr. Huthnance was president of the North Texas Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas.

A Dallas native, Mr. Huthnance earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Texas. He resides in Dallas with his wife and three children.

Todd Blackwell, Vice President of Construction and Development is responsible for managing the construction, development and entitlements for PLR development. Todd has over twenty-five years of experience in feasibility / due diligence, site planning, permitting, civil design, and civil construction.

Todd has over twenty-five years of experience in feasibility / due diligence, site planning, permitting, civil design, and civil construction.

Mr. Blackwell spent over ten years as a civil engineering and project manager for various land development projects including commercial, retail, institutional, residential and industrial throughout Texas. He has also consulted on various projects as a land planner and site specialist. Prior to PLR, Mr. Blackwell was with JLL and was the Economic Development Manager for the client BNSF Railway where he managed the Plains region (TX, OK, KS, NE, MO) for rail projects.

Todd Blackwell received his Bachelors of Science in Environmental Design and Landscape Architecture from Auburn University. He is also a licensed landscape architect in the State of Texas and maintains numerous certifications. Mr. Blackwell resides in Weatherford, Texas with his three daughters.

As Chairman of PLR, James "Watty" Watson directs and assists in the firms capital market strategy. Mr. Watson has a 35-year career in the commercial real estate investment, development and management business and currently serves as President and CEO of CT Realty. Mr. Watson is responsible for overseeing multiple CT sponsored and managed Funds as well as multiple institutional joint ventures and direct investing partnerships. CT Realty is a fully integrated real estate investment, development and management company that has acquired, developed and sold over $3.0B in real estate representing 13 million square feet of office, industrial, multi-family, self-storage and retail properties across Northern and Southern California.

Prior to joining CT Realty, Mr. Watson served as President of the Koll Development Company where he was responsible for real estate investment and development in the Western United States and Mexico.

Mr. Watson was President of the Orange County Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and served on its National Board of Directors. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and was appointed by Governor Wilson as State Racing Commissioner on the California Horse Racing Board and served for four years.

Currently, Watty is Co-Chairman of the Advisory Board of the UC Irvine Center for Real Estate at the Paul Merage School of Business and is a member of the USC Marshall School of Business Real Estate Executive Board.

He is a graduate of the University of Southern California and earned a bachelor's degree in Public Administration. He resides in Newport Beach with his wife and three children.

As CEO, Randy Kendrick is responsible for PLR's growth strategy and development vision. Mr. Kendrick brings to PLR the wealth of knowledge and experience gained over his nearly 30 year career in industrial real estate in the in-fill markets of Southern California, one of the most competitive markets in the US and the home to its most active port complex at Los Angeles/Long Beach. As Co-Founder and CEO in 1996 of Xebec, LLC, and later of Xebec Realty Partners, Randy has been responsible for executing those firms' successful market focus, acquisition and development strategies and their tactical maneuvering in capital markets.

It was this background that allowed Randy to envision the potential for Southport as an inland port, eCommerce and logistics campus. Having grown up around construction, Randy laid the more formal foundation for his industrial real estate career at the University of Southern California, where he studied business administration and completed the prestigious Real Property Development and Management Program; one of only five development programs in the country at the time. Through this program he interned with Oxford Properties, where he became familiar with industrial development opportunities in the Central Market of Los Angeles.

Mr. Kendrick lives in Orange County, California. He has three daughters, Taylor, Hayden and Austin.

John Lehr, as Chief Legal Officer of PLR, is responsible for the negotiation and documentation of the transactional real estate activities of PLR and corporate governance. His responsibilities also include the management of the local counsel in each of the jurisdictions where PLR will conduct business.

Mr. Lehr brings nearly 40 years of legal expertise and real estate experience to the PLR Development team. In 1996 he co-founded Xebec, LLC with Randy Kendrick and has served as its President and legal counsel since Xebec's inception. Roles he continued with the formation of Xebec Realty Partners. Prior to Xebec, Mr. Lehr was in private practice (admitted to the State Bars of California and New York) specializing in a wide spectrum of office, industrial, commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Mr. Lehr received a Bachelor of Arts in History (magna cum laude) from Claremont (CA) Men's College (now known as Claremont McKenna College) and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He is also a former Contributing Editor for California Mortgage and Deed of Trust Practice published by the Continuing Education of the Bar.

Mr. Lehr has provided volunteer support to the Russian Baseball Federation and to the Russian National Team by organizing clinics with former Major League players and competition tours in Russia and the United States. He represented the Federation and three Russian players, who were signed to professional baseball contracts by the L.A. Angels. Mr. Lehr and his wife have also organized fundraising events, including one with National Geographic to benefit wildlife conservation in Africa. Mr. Lehr, his wife, and two children reside in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Dominic J. Petrucci serves as Chief Investment Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Port Logistics Realty ("PLR"). In this capacity he oversees tactical execution of all financial components of PLR's investment platform.

In addition, he helps lead the strategic direction of the firm, acts as a key liaison with PLR's investors and stakeholders, and is a member of the firm's Executive and Investment Committees. Dominic has worked in the real estate industry for 29 years in all aspects of acquisition, development, construction and finance. His background includes experience in executive management, operations, finance, business development, acquisition and property development. During his career, he has overseen or led commercial real estate transactions exceeding $3.0 billion in transaction value.

From 2013 through June 2015, he was the Managing Principal at Kairos Partners where he completed $134 million of industrial and office investments. Prior to founding Kairos Partners, Dominic served in C-suite and partner positions at several prominent real estate firms including The Koll Companies, Buchanan Street Partners, Cornerstone and Kitchell Corporation. Dominic has financed and acquired tens of millions of square feet of commercial property, and has personally led the development of 3 million square feet of industrial, office and retail property.

He began his career at Peat, Marwick & Mitchell (now KPMG) where he earned his CPA designation. Dominic holds a B.S. in Commerce, with a major in Accounting, from Rider University in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He has held several FINRA securities licenses (Series 24, 7 and 63). Dominic currently serves as an independent director and investment committee chair of APD Corporation, and is involved in several not-for-profit boards and charitable endeavors.

Todd Moysychyn, Chief Financial Officer of PLR Development, is responsible for the company's financial reporting, accounting policies, financial projections, information systems, treasury supervision, and HR functions.

Mr. Moysychyn has over 20 years of accounting leadership experience with construction and real estate development companies, including Xebec, Lennar Corp. and Priority Project Limited (Canada). Currently at Xebec, Mr. Moysychyn is the Chief Financial Officer where he performs the same functions as he does at PLR Development.

Prior to Xebec, Mr. Moysychyn was the Senior Manager of Lennar's Land Accounting & Reporting team. Mr. Moysychyn oversaw over $4 Billion worth in inventory which consisted of residential property, land under development, and real estate options. He also assisted with the horizontal accounting integration of companies acquired by Lennar.

Previous to his tenure at Lennar, Todd spent 12 years as Controller of Priority Projects Limited, one of Vancouver's premier tenant improvement contractors. In addition to his leadership role, he was often called upon to assist with Business Development, Construction Management, and Project Estimating.

Mr. Moysychyn earned his Master of Business Administration from Chapman University's Argyros School of Business & Economics in 2012. He received his Certified General Accountant designation (Canada) in 1993 and his Diploma of Technology – Computer Systems (Canada) in 1985.

In his spare time, Mr. Moysychyn is an adjunct faculty member of Brandman University where he teaches accounting and finance. He currently lives in Tustin, CA with his wife Debbie.

Tyler Williams, Director of Investments, is responsible for executing the acquisition and development of industrial projects across the United States for PLR Development. Mr. Williams has over 10 years of real estate investment and development experience.

Prior to joining PLR in 2016, Mr. Williams was on the industrial acquisitions and development team at CT Realty, where he focused on the Southern California and Texas markets for three years. In addition, Mr. Williams worked on the acquisitions team at Crown Realty & Development, where he executed industrial, office and multifamily transactions.

Mr. Williams earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife and four children.
